Good quality, minor shipping delay

I ordered a few pairs of the Tall Boot Shapers for my winter boots. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, I just picked the quantity and checked out. They shipped pretty quickly, but it took about 7 days to reach me in California, which was a little longer than I expected, probably because of the holiday rush. The shapers themselves are really good quality, made from sturdy plastic, and they fit perfectly inside my riding boots. The ventilation holes are a nice touch, too; I noticed my boots smelled fresher than usual. I had a quick question about the return policy before I bought, and their customer service responded within a day with a helpful answer. Overall, a solid product that does what it says, just factor in a little extra time for delivery.

My boots are saved!

Oh my goodness, I am so happy with my new Prima Boot Shapers! I got three pairs and they arrived super fast, like in four days, which was amazing. My favorite leather boots always crinkled at the ankle, and it drove me crazy. But now, with these shapers, they look perfect, just like new! The plastic is flexible but holds its shape really well, and I love that they're ventilated. My closet looks so much tidier now too. I'm definitely going to get more for all my other boots and tell my sister about them!

Got the Knee-High Boot Shapers. They work. My boots stand up straight now. Fast shipping. Will buy more.

Worked out great

I grabbed a couple of the Ankle Boot Shapers for my booties that always flopped over in the closet. They came pretty quick, maybe five days. Super easy to use, just slip them in. My boots are standing up nicely now, so they don't get all creased. It just made my closet look a bit neater too, which is a plus. Good stuff, no complaints.

Are these shapers breathable? My boots can get a bit stuffy sometimes, don't want to trap moisture.

R Rosa V. 1 month ago
Yeah, they're ventilated. That's one of their main features actually, helps keep things fresh.

B Brett 1 month ago
Totally. They have little holes or something, so air can still get through. Way better than just stuffing boots with paper or something that holds moisture.

I saw something about a first-time buyer discount somewhere. Is that still a thing, and if so, how do you get it?

N Neil S. 1 month ago
I think they sometimes have a pop-up when you first visit, or you might find a code online. Doesn't hurt to check their site or sign up for emails.

Not sure if they always have it, but sometimes signing up for their newsletter gets you a small percentage off your first order. Worth a shot.

I'm thinking about getting a bunch for my small shoe store. Do they do any kind of wholesale pricing, or is it just the regular site prices?

W Wendy 3 weeks ago
They definitely do wholesale. I've seen stuff about it, pretty sure you get a good discount if you order a lot.

G Greg 3 weeks ago
Yeah, they have specific wholesale options and better pricing if you're buying a ton. Probably best to contact them directly for that, I think the website has info for retail partners.

How do you pick the right size for your boots? Is it pretty straightforward or do I need to measure my boots or something?

F Faith Lindqvist 3 weeks ago
They have a sizing guide on the website, it's pretty easy to follow. Just match it up with your boot height.
6
R Raj Foster 3 weeks ago
Don't overthink it, just pick the one that matches your boot's general height like ankle, mid-calf, knee-high. They're flexible enough that it's not super precise.

Heard about a sale coming up for Black Friday. Is that usually a good time to buy a bunch of these, or are the bundle deals better throughout the year?

G Greg 1 month ago
Black Friday usually has some solid discounts, I've snagged stuff then before. Might be worth waiting if you're not in a rush.

O Omar Whitfield 1 month ago
Honestly, the bulk discounts are usually pretty good if you're buying a ton, like 50+ pairs. For just a few, Black Friday could be better, but sometimes the bundle deals they have year-round are just as good, or even better depending on what you need.

Comparing these to Boot Butler, anyone used both? Which one is better for just keeping boots from creasing?

P Priya 1 month ago
I've only used Voot, but they've been great for preventing creases. My boots look way better now.

J Jared 1 month ago
Boot Butler is a bit different, more of an organizer system. Voot is specifically for keeping the boot shape and preventing creasing. For just shape and creases, Voot is probably the direct competitor you're looking for, and they work really well.

What's the deal with returns? If they don't fit quite right, can I send them back easily?

I Ivy 3 weeks ago
Yeah, returns were easy, did it last month. Just follow their instructions on the site.
6
D Daisy 3 weeks ago
I haven't returned anything personally, but their policy seems pretty standard. Just make sure you check the timeframe and conditions, like if they need to be unused or in original packaging.

Does anyone know if these shapers are actually made here in the US? Trying to buy more American-made stuff lately.

P Priya V. 1 month ago
Pretty sure they are. I remember seeing something about that on their site or packaging.

G Gwen 1 month ago
Yep, definitely made in the USA. That was a big selling point for me too, glad to support it.
